A Random Act of Kindness

I was pulling out of a parking spot the other day, when a man knocked on my window.  I was a little scared, but he seemed friendly, so I put my window down, and he handed me this beautiful lei.  He explained that he made it himself, and had just dropped off some of his leis at a local festival.  There was one leftover that he said was just going to wilt in his car, so he wanted to give it to me.  I was so touched by this random act of kindness.  Malia loved wearing it too!  It’s amazing how one small act can brighten someone else’s day 🙂

Happy Aloha Friday!

What are some random acts of kindness that you have received or given?

  1. That would totally make my day too! He’s soo sweet! I love it when people would open the door for me, help me lift something heavy into my truck at the Costco parking garage, etc….Doesn’t have to be anything major! Motivates me to become a better person too!
